•	We’ll show you how to purchase and register your domain name.
•	We’ll help you chose a web provider with the best package for you and support you during the registration process.

 
Content Development

•	Content is key, and we’ll create it all for you. We’ll incorporate your ideas as we define the content for your homepage, convey your business / personal philosophy, and set up a contact page (including directions).
•	We’ll help you determine if you need additional pages, such as a signup form (i.e. guest log / mailing list), product/vendor list and descriptions, a news page for press releases and/or print articles.
•	We’ll leave room for expansion opportunity and advise you on how to make future updates to the site.

Site Design & Layout

•	We’ll help capture the personality of your business by reviewing similar sites and recommending implementation schemes and ideas to best accommodate your primary design focus.
•	Site layout is integral to the flow and ease of use of your site, and drives the navigation bar, so it is very important to determine this early in the process. You’ll view flow diagrams which identify your site pages prior to setting up the initial layout.
•	Need a logo or other unique images? We can design custom solid-image graphics for your site background and navigation buttons.
•	Already have a logo? We’ll convert your files and photos to html-useable formats.
•	We can optimize your photos with thumbnails that are clickable to a larger view.
•	We’ll help you set up e-mail account(s) and link them to your site.

E-commerce

•	We will integrate e-commerce options for your small business, including PayPal integration.
•	We will provide you with guidance on all of the e-commerce-related issues you’ll need to consider, such as a return policy, shipping and handling, taxes, product care, and payment options.
•	A FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page on your site helps customers feel secure in doing business with you. We’ll help you create one.
•	We’ll provide instructions for monitoring your store and updating inventory.

Going live

•	Prior to release, we’ll meet with you to review the proposed site in a format that will allow you to actually use it and to determine if any changes are required.
•	Your site will be fully tested in different formats and on different PC’s and laptops to optimize your overall site.
•	To generate hits to your website, we will determine the best key words so that your site will appear in search engine results.
•	We’ll release your finalized website to Yahoo and Google search engines and provide instructions for continued updates.
•	Finally, your site will go live and be posted on the web server with your completed website.
